How to enter
7. The prize draw will include all new users who made a successful international money transfer from the 2nd of November 12:00AM through to 30th November 2023 11:59PM. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
8. The winners will be contacted via e-mail, provided they are signed on up to receive our marketing communications.

9. TransferGo Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
Winner announcement
17. The winner will be notified after 30th Nov 2023 via the email provided during registration.
18. TransferGo will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times within seven (7) days..
19. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 10 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and TransferGo Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Data protection and publicity
21. By entering the prize draw, you agree to allow TransferGo Ltd to use any personal information you provide for the administration of the prize draw, in accordance with the definitions and purposes outlined in our privacy notice.

23. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested.
24. An announcement of the winner’s first name and TransferGo ID will be made via TransferGo Africa’s social media channels.
25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with TransferGo’s Privacy Notice.
26. TransferGo Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that TransferGo Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
27. TransferGo Ltd does not provide any form of advisory or support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the ticket are that of the prize winner. 10. We will be rewarding five (5) lucky winners each with a flight voucher worth £1000 to any travel destination available on our partner site - https://www.flightgift.com/redeem/.
11. The winners will be drawn at random and published online.
12. A physical and/or e-voucher will be rewarded to the winner(s) and it’s redeemable on our partner’s website and valid for two (2) years. Please click https://www.flightgift.com/en/terms-conditions/ to learn more about the terms and conditions of the voucher.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Each voucher is worth £1,000 and can be converted in any of the following currencies - USD, Euros as available on our partner’s website to the winner’s currency. In a situation were you have a remaining balance fee on your voucher after redeeming it the first time, it can be used a second time provided it falls within the stipulated duration - two years.
14. The winner is accountable for covering any supplementary costs imposed by the airline beyond the prize's value. For instance, if a London to Lagos travel ticket costs £1,200, the winner is obliged to settle the additional fee of £200 directly to the airline when redeeming it through the https://www.flightgift.com/redeem/ website.
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of TransferGo’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into it.
