Christmas Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who have successfully completed a transfer using their TransferGo account: https://my.transfergo.com/en/user/login.
2. Employees or agencies of TransferGo ("Us", "We") or their family members, or anyone else connected with the TransferGo 12 Day of Christmas promotion may not enter any of the the Prize Draws.
3. Entrants (“You”) into any of the Prize Draws shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Prize Draws you must, prior to midnight of each day of the competition, complete a transfer using your TransferGo account. The prize will change every day at 00:01 on the next calendar day until 17th December 2017. In addition all customers will have the chance to receive a number of TransferGo offers giving discounted or free money transfers. These offers will be made avilable on select days of the promotion and will be valid for a specified period.
An additional draw will be held to select a TransferGo customer, that has taken part on the promotion but not received a prize, to win all of the above prizes.
6. Entrants can take part in the Prize Draws as many times as they like, providing they make a valid money transfer on that day, at which point they will be entered. When a money transfer is completed, the customer will be eligible for the prize available on that day only. To be eligible for other prizes, the customer must complete a different transfer, on a different day. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint entries are not allowed.
7. For the prizes available for all customers, signified by an offer code, the codes supplied will be valid until 31st December 2017. This is only relevant for code-based prizes. All other prizes will expire at midnight on that day. Customers can only use the code providing they complete a transfer using their TransferGo account. Codes can only be used once, with an exception for the 2 free app transfers, where the code can be used twice.
8. TransferGo accepts no responsibility for transfers that are incomplete or cannot be processed or entered for any technical or other reason.
9. The opening date of the Prize Draw is 6th December 2017 at 00:00. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 17th December 2017 at 23:59. Transfers completed outside this time period will not be considered.
10. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of all transfers completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to receive the prizes listed in point 5. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place daily until 17th December 2017. The draw for the one winner of all prizes will take place on 18th December 2017.
11. TransferGo accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prizes and not specifically included in the prizes (including, without limitation, delivery charges levied by Amazon).
12. The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days of their entry, and must reply to accept their prize. If a winner does not respond to TransferGo within 48 hours of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and TransferGo shall be entitled to withdraw the prize. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and TransferGo shall be entitled to withdraw the prize.
13. Where possible, the prize will be sent to the winner via email by TransferGo, or alternatively for physical gifts, the address stated on the customer’s TransferGo account unless otherwise stated.
14. The name and country of the winner can be obtained after 6 January 2018 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: TransferGo Ltd, Level 42, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, E14 5AB, London, United Kingdom.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
16. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on TransferGo’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by TransferGo after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any TransferGo social media pages) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all referrers consent to the same.
17. TransferGo shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen https://support.transfergo.com/hc/en-gb/articles/205576989-Is-My-Personal-Data-Safe- , and in accordance with data protection legislation.
18. TransferGo accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. TransferGo further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of TransferGo for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
19. TransferGo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of TransferGo in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. TransferGo shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. You confirm that by providing your email address, you have given your consent to receive information about TransferGo.
